Coach Wright is set for life if he never leaves Nova. Hopefully, he will never feel the allure of the NBA. IMO, it is nothing compared to the feeling of sitting in a very loud, packed gym for a Big East game.
I like the part that he said about attitude:
'"Here's my best advice to people," Wright said. "Always give your best effort. And then control your attitude. I've lost games. But if we gave our best effort, fine. I'll go back and analyze what happened. But the only thing I can always control is my attitude, and keeping positive."'
New season, new team, new dream . . . |

I wasn't aware he was first generation in college. Quality coach and I wish he'd give us another 2-1. :-)

TV interview with Wright just prior to his talk. Mentions of Davis Gym, Charlie Woollum, and "almost getting beat in Sojka".
