After falling behind 5-0, Penn ran off 15 of the next 20 points and never trailed. While there were nervous moments, our defense on the perimeter and offensive ball movement, especially from passes from our big men at which I never have seen a Penn team excel before, were superb. Only 2 turnovers between Foreman and Woods in 70 minutes and very solid defense against guards who have killed us in the past. It is always enjoyable to beat Princeton, but it has been so long that I almost forgot how good it feels.
And oh, Betley is just great. Time for some celebratory whiskey.

There remains nothing better in my sports world than beating Princeton. Nothing. Contenting doesn't even begin to describe it. And judging by some player reactions, they really enjoyed getting the monkey off their backs.

Sadly I was working so could only keep checking in, but that was definitely fun.
Just the beginning of a long season so a lot of work to be done, but yes it is something else to get a win like that after so long!

For me, a very strong 3rd, just behind the Cubs beating the Cardinals and the Bears beating the Packers.
