Nate's got skills, sir! And he showed them to you, most prominently, during his frosh and soph years (when a man named Smith was coaching).

Yeah, Nate's skills are so incredible that he was 7th team All-Ivy last year and looking forward to a "pro career" on the North Pole. I hope Alton waived the $175 try-out fee.

Wow, that's an amazing level of good will, Gerald, coming on the eve of Yom Kippur, no less- no wonder Stuart Suss is busy praising the high level of discussion and decorum demonstrated herein! But I'm thinking that you may really wish to utilize tomorrow to consider picking up the $175.00 charge accrued by Nathan. I'm sure you'd have no trouble taking full credit for your magnanimity, by using your full and actual name this time. And just think of all the times Nate was gently waking you up at the end of games; letting you know it was time to go home; and then even escorting you to the southbound M4 stop- lifting you onto the bus and practically cradling you on the seat, just so you'd make it safely to your apartment! Great kid that Nathan Hickman; and I'm sure he'd want you to have an easy fast tonight and tomorrow; which fortunately is non-problematic for you, Gerald, since you're barely even here as it now stands.

He fancies himself a good Jew; a distinguished alumnus, having no peer; and that's his actual name- yes.

To you, I'm sure he is. And he ought to take credit for his niceness by using his God given name- especially around the time of the major religious observance!

What does this have to do with Nate Hickman's career aspirations? Your obsession with some guys real name is unusual. I'm sure you know he's not reading your posts here, right?

Clyde, Why not direct your commentary to Gerald, since he's the one trashing Nate's career aspirations??? In fact, I dare say, a "nice" person wouldn't indulge in that sort of negativity.

I was the person joking about the idea that Hickman has a career as a professional basketball player. I don't know who Gerald is. Hickman had a decent career and a disappointing final campaign. He's not a pro.

Gerald: If anybody knows who's not a pro, it must be you; as there's not a hint of professionalism about your manner or delivery. But thanks for the clarification and do have an easy fast.
