I'm hoping for a second game with the same effort and attitude we saw against Yale. Combine that with better shooting and PU should be able to pull off a solid win. Can't let McGonigle go crazy and can't get beaten up inside.

The Ivy feed is a strange experience, what with the blue screens, green screens, bizarre changes of camera angle, and scoreboard lag so large as to make it a historical document.

Clay Wilson having the best all-around game for him I've seen.

Good first half offensively, as the Tigers are carving up Brown's D with drives and backdoors and have nailed some big threes. Sherburne twice got to the rim, looked like he got clobbered, and got no call. Good offensive rebounding and hustle on loose balls. Weisz and Cook were good. 41 points in a half is good, shooting 50% from both two and three.

On the other end of the floor, McGonaile with 13 of Brown's 30 points. The Bruins have a lot of offensive sets per possession, and PU has done an OK job of gumming those up and protecting the defensive glass.

Second half opens with a flurry of missed tip-ins and layups. Lead down to 7.

Brown getting layups at will. Fortunately, PU's offense has revived now. Big Barrett trey, now up 8.

Even Bray missed a FT. Between missed FTs and missed layups, there will be plenty stored up in the regrets account for withdrawal should Brown take this game.

MFH could also mean Must Fire Henderson? What a coincidence?

Horrible defense this half and a ton of TOs. Brown with the lead with about five minutes left. Tigers must settle down and play each possession.

Mitch is not missing those lay ups. It is painful to watch us throw away a game that we should have put away earlier.

Three up with1:16 left, Brown ball. Big D possession for PU.

1-3-1 works but a phantom foul call on Cook after the steal.

McGonagill hits both FTs. Tigers up by one with the ball.

Bray misses layup, Brase saves the possession with a dive for the jump ball.

McGonagill misses a tough layup. Weisz hits the critical second FT to push the lead to 4 with 15 seconds.

Barrett with a huge block on Kuaka to close out Brown's comeback. Nerve-racking but satisfying win. Bray and Barrett huge, good games from a bunch of other guys. One bad stretch of defense and way too many easy misses for comfort, but a fun game to watch overall given the outcome.

Painful win to watch. Brown just kept coming back. Hard to say which player will be more missed -- Bray or McGonigle(?).
