Coach should use different play calls to try to screw up coach earl. Play hungry and good.

The past three road games have been very different than the home games against the same opponents. The defense has gotten much tighter and the offense less frantic and dependent on one-on-one match-ups.

Last night I particularly enjoyed the play where Will Gladson moved along the foul line toward Steven Cook and then hit him with the perfect back-door bounce pass leading to a flush, freshman acolyte to senior elder, a combination we have seen many times over the decades.

It will be interesting to see if this trend continues tonight against a Cornell team that knows the Tigers' stuff and played them even for much of their game in Jadwin.

The game is not loading for me at the ILDN site. Just the circle going 'round and 'round. Is this a local or global issue?

Finally got it to load to find PU down by 4 with a little over eleven minutes left in the first half.

Nice three-point shooting to get the one-point lead at the half. Brennan, Bell, Cook, and Cannady all tallying. Cornell shooting well; good thing they turned it over so many times.

Why are so many Ivy game feeds so bad? The static is awful

I had no static once I got it come in, but I've had problems like that in the past.

Solid win by the Tigers. This team always looks good when they are getting their hands on the ball defensively, and they swarmed Cornell tonight, which helped with lots of unforced TOs as well. Cornell shot well when they didn't turn it over, especially in the first half.

Cannady looked super tonight with some athletic plays around the rim to go with his stellar outside shooting. Stephens with some gorgeous dunks and blocks. Cook picked his spots and grabbed key boards as well as scoring a bunch. Weisz missed some shots but was good moving the ball on the offensive end. The bigs were so-so, but I always pump my fist when Brennan hits a trey. Some LeBlanc sightings, too, which was kind of neat.

Cornell was on fire in first half but Tigers very solid effort pulls away. Win by 15 for 15th in a row!

I guess this clinches the backup NIT bid. Myles Stephens continues to be an absolute rock and Cannady is peaking at the right time. Our glaring weakness at center is still a major concern, but in a weak league, this team can go 14-0.

For the record, despite the Ivy tourney looking silly in this particular year, I still support it (provided it won't take place at the Palestra every year). It's nice that other teams and fans have something to root for this late in the season.

The IL is actually unusually strong this year in the middle and at the bottom, by most of the standard measurements.

I'll stick with what I already said about Miller. He is great in the right situation. Seems to come through against opposing bigs -- especially with our shifting coverage. Of course, when opponents go short and fast we have a different defensive and rebounding strategy. We will definitely need him at the Dance if we can avoid any surprise in quacker dome.

He'll be busy against Harvard, I suspect, as well.

Stephens should be All-Ivy first team and/or DPOY. He has been the most consistent player on the League's best team, shooting 55% and 40+% from 3, while playing lock down defense every night. Cannady was shut out at Harvard, Weisz did not score tonight for the first 36 minutes and Cook has had off nights as well. The winning streak started at Bucknell which, not coincidentally marked the expanded role for Stephens after the Caruso injury. Addition by subtraction?

I agree completely, although it took Caruso's injury to open things up for Myles. He has compensated for Caruso's loss completely.

This is a great team to watch. Even when they are down, it is hard to lose confidence that they will bounce back. They seem to enjoy playing together.

Ivy champs! Huge congrats and thanks to Coach Henderson and the seniors for their tireless play and leadership that brought the title back to Princeton.

Regardless of how the 24-hour crapshoot at the Palestra plays out, they have played like champions during the Ivy Friday-Saturday grind, where they have gone 7-0 on the road with the last 5 of those wins by an average of almost 15 points.

Princeton swept the NY C-C road trip despite Weisz shooting 2-15 because this year's Tigers have a team that attacks you on defense and can put 5 players on the floor who can pass, cut, shoot and rebound. They are a lot of fun to watch and must be very difficult to prepare for given their resilience and flexibility.

I particularly enjoyed watching Amir Bell last night: 8 points, 4 assists, 4 steals and a coolness and confidence that pervades the "iron six" who once again played the vast majority of minutes. But I also agree with SRP, I love it when Brennan is not hesitant to take his shot and drains a three.

Me too, about Brennan. He is playing now with a bit more confidence. We shall need his improvement next season.

BTW, I watched BYU's Mika abuse Gonzaga's large and talented frontcourt last night, looking like David West in his prime. So the Princeton bigs are in good company in struggling with him.
