It was only a question of when Charles Lee, Kevin Bettencourt, and Chris McNaughton would be inducted into the Bucknell Hall of Fame. Well deserved.

And lacrosse star Michelle Manion '89 is inexplicably denied once again. Really terrible.

I wasn't following women's lax at all in that era - and there was very little coverage. Maybe you could elaborate on her credentials.
Without knowing anything at all about the situation, I would guess that the team having had a 13-50 record, 4-20 in league play, during her career has made it tough for her to get recognition.

Set the Bucknell career scoring record, which stood for 14 years after she had graduated. She is still #2 all-time. Suzanne Raffaele ’03 broke the record and has already been inducted into the Hall of Fame; her feat of breaking Manion’s long-standing record was listed as one of her signature accomplishments.
Led the team in scoring as a freshman, something that wouldn't happen again for two decades
Set a freshman scoring record (she may still hold it; the current media guide doesn’t list freshman scoring stats)
Still #3 and #9 for highest goals in a season in Bucknell history
Still #4 in points in a season and #6 for career points
Two-time All East Coast Conference selection

And, perhaps the weightiest credential: Legendary Bucknell director of sports information Brad Tufts thinks she belongs in the hall, too.

Sounds like the team's poor W-L record might be an issue. Even in basketball, it seems to be. For example, I don't think Kevin Bettencourt was better than Bill Courtney or Chris Simpson. Probably not as good. And he didn't have the individual stats or honors that those two had. Yet it took those two much longer to get into the HOF. One big issue is they didn't have the W-L record or the big wins that the Bettencourt teams had.
I also don't think KB was better than Chris Hass. Will be interesting to see if Chris gets into the HOF as quickly without the wins that KB had. I think he will likely have a longer wait.

But, and this in no way contradicts your point, but reinforces it, Kevin made big shots in big games. And we are talking about big games such as Courtney et al never got to play in. I include the bracket buster game at Norther Iowa as one of those BIG games.

Kansas is up 5-0 and then...BOOM, the four-point play from KB!
