There are 15 D1 arenas left that were built prior to the end of 1940. The Bison have played in six of the top nine over the past 15 years - Butler, Minnesota, Duke, Northeastern, Yale, and the Palestra. Also of course played a number of times in Rose Hill Gym before Fordham left the PL.

Of those, I am most eager to see Bucknell at Rose Hill Gym.

I am almost ashamed to say that I have been to only 2 of the 15 Must See:
--Cal - Haas Pavilion (Mrs. Bison89 graduated from Cal. We have photos of our sons playing in the stands. We actually ran into BRW in the subway nearby one time. He is EVERYWHERE!)
--Penn - Palestra (15 minutes from my office. I took my sons there to see games as children so they would know what a real basketball stadium should look like.)
I would most like to see games at the following:
--Fordham - Rose Hill Gym (I like that it is called a "gym".)
--Yale - Payne Whitney Gymnasium (ditto)
--Butler - Hinkle Field House (I would like to measure the rim heights just to make sure that they are 10'!)
--Duke - Cameron Indoor Stadium (The Crazies . . . )

Palestra-one of the most historic basketball arenas. Special place for me-used to go there with my buddies to watch Big 5 basketball over 50 years ago.

The last BU appearance at Yale, as many will remember, was a momentous game. The Bison came back from a 6-point deficit in the final 40 seconds behind threes from John Clark and Charles Lee. Then they blew out Yale in OT. That started an 11-game winning streak that didn't end until Pat Flannery took his leave of absence. The win helped fuel the Bison's run to the PL championship and their win over Kansas. Prior to that game, BU had a 3-4 record. It was a very small crowd but a great game.

Small point, but that wasn't the last Bucknell appearance at Yale: We were back there in 2006.
That was a momentous win in its own way, as it followed an 0-4 start that included OT losses to Wake Forest and Penn State.
