Hard to even think about this after last night.

Has anyone figured out all the tiebreakers between the 5-8 teams? It's easy to see how all 3 could lose tough road games tonight.

With that in mind... (and don't expect the kind of line movement we saw yesterday)

Penn is -5 @ Brown (145). Hard to know how they will rebound from last night and they have little to lose. Brown gave them all they could handle at home. Maybe we can analyze the referee assignments in advance? If you like Brown, I'd go with the over too.

PU is +2 at Yale (140). Yale is locked in, PU is amazingly back in it. I'll take the points, especially if I can get 3.

Columbia is +8 @ Harvard (141). Ordinarily, I'd take the Lions in this spot after seeing what Cornell did last night, but I have overrated the Lions for a month. I've learned my lesson. I lost taking Harvard under last night, I'll try again tonight.

Cornell is +1 at Dartmouth (146). I said I'd take Dartmouth on Senior night. Cornell is still in it, but I think they fall flat tonight.

If you're Penn, it'd be harder to ask for a better team to play Harvard (even leaving the situation aside) than Columbia. Columbia put up 1.5 pts per poss for AN ENTIRE HALF against Harvard earlier this year. The ball movement really bothered the Crimson and Columbia buried 11 threes (most of which were pretty open).

Will be a very interesting evening. Harvard led the Lions by 15 at the 10 min mark of the first half and the game wasn't particularly close over the final few minutes. Last night, Dartmouth led by 16 with 5 to play and barely survived, which seems almost impossible. Hard to imagine anything being out of reach, which will make the final hour or more very interesting, because the Penn-Brown game tips at 6pm, so the 1-seed endgame will be crystal clear in the second half.

Mike - This Columbia team confounds me. I was high on them earlier in the year, but the league seems to have figured out how to defend them. That does not mean I won't be rooting for them though.

Columbia has a high variance. If they are hitting 3's and moving the ball, watch out. If they are playing hero ball, Harvard will beat them like a drum.

Also, can Columbia get that kind of production without Meissner on the floor, if he’s out again with the flu, or plays but is weakened by it?

I am Penn and I couldn't ask for a better team than Cornell, which took H to 2OT's last night. I am still dumbfounded that Matt Morgan took a Jimmer 3 at the end of first OT with a chance to win. I would have expected him to drive and get to the rim/get fouled or kick. That seemed like the worst shot he could have taken.

Everyone in the building knew Morgan was going to shoot a long 3. He didn’t even try to inch closer than 35 feet.

which was stupid. You have to get a better shot off than that with the time remaining, which was 5+ seconds I think
