I see the IL may be the only league invited with 5 Seniors, if you count Leyland King.

The watch list had:
Will Bathurst (Cornell)
Amir Bell (Princeton)
Taylor Johnson (Dartmouth)
Caleb Wood (Penn)
Bathurst is looking for a grad transfer next year, so he'll probably be replaced by someone else.

Have they said where this event will be televised? Will be fun to root for our guys, nice way for them to all close out their careers. Just for fun, here's every senior in the Ivy who was eligible to be picked…
Brown: none (Massey is the only senior listed on the roster, and I believe he is grad transferring so he can't participate in this)
Columbia: Hickman (Castlin is grad transferring and thus ineligible)
Cornell: Brown, Abdur-Ra'oof, Smith (Bathurst ineligible - grad transfer)
Dartmouth: Cook, Cameron Smith, Taylor Johnson
Harvard: Chatfield, Egi, Yoshor
Penn: Foreman, Wood, Sam Jones, McDonald, Dwyer
Princeton: Bell, Brennan, LeBlanc, Young
Yale: Anderon (Mason & Yates both grad transferring)
Ultimately it's a pretty thin pool since most of the eligible seniors weren't major contributors. Only Taylor Johnson and Hickman can really have gripes with not being selected, but I think the 4 they took is probably the best group we can send this year.

The pools for the 3x3 tournament have been announced. The Ivy League team is in the only 3-team pool, along with the A10 and the Patriot League. It appears the Pac-12 is not participating and would have been slotted into our pool as the #6 seed overall. Could be a blessing for our team since they'll avoid playing a power conference team in pool play, but the A10 and Patriot League teams both look tough.

Watched the first game. Ivy beat the A-10 21-17 I think. The reason the Ivy guys won is that they were able to throw the ball into the basket more times than the A-10 guys.

Caleb and Miles Wright were on fire. I think we hit 6 of first 8 3s we put up. With Amir and Darnell I think we challenged every shot when most teams aren’t playing much defense.

The Ivy players also employed a tactic called 'passing.' That's when a player who has the ball throws it to a teammate (believe it or not, players really are permitted to do this). Some of us are probably familiar with this technique. However, the A-10 players seemed completely unaware of it.

Agreed, Wood came out firing and the guys were definitely looking for him to get shots up, the commentators were even mentioning that the Ivy team was taking and making shots faster than anyone had all day. Miles Wright looked really good, and Bell and Foreman's contributions on both sides shouldn't be forgotten too. Bell had a clutch 3 point sequence to get the team to game point, and he and Foreman did a good job keeping the A10 guards out of the paint. Of all the teams there the Ivy team should be the one most prepared to play on back to back days like this!
It's been a pretty fun event so far, would be awesome if our guys can get into the playoff rounds. Already the SWAC has advanced out of a pool where the Big 12 was the top seed, so the "little guys" are doing pretty well for themselves. Big 10 and SEC look pretty tough though

Really just 1-0, everyone in our pool just got a free win because the Pac-12 dropped out, so I guess they figured they'd just give everyone a win. $2k won already between our 4 guys isn't bad, that's $500 for each guy for only playing 1 game!
I think the Patriot League could be pretty tough, Thomas from Bucknell was their POY and a really solid inside/out player, think Wright may have to guard him the bulk of the time just to keep some size on him. Ross from Lehigh gave Princeton some fits this year, could see Foreman taking the lead on him with Bell guarding Ross when Darnell needs a break. All of the team have been commenting that the fatigue has been getting to them since it's really a non-stop game, 12 second shot clock starts right when you get the rebound or the ball goes through the net.
Don't think Twitter has a way to replay live videos like Facebook does, which is unfortunate
