Saw this on Twitter this morning:
Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers worked out Bucknell's Abdullah Anderson on campus today, according to league source.

A couple of weeks ago, at the Bucknell pro day, Abdullah benched 225 pounds 33 times. At the time, that was the most repetitions done by any FCS player - and would have been 8th at the NFL combine, which featured the top FBS players.

For those who don't follow Bison football closely, Abdullah was the 2017 DPOY in the PL, and he is one of a very small group of linemen to make All-PL four times.

Abdullah signed a free agent contract with the bears.

Good luck! If he can play, the thing I like about the NFL is there is always a practice squad to land on while you develop. The last time I checked practice squad players make $107,000 a year.
Bloomsburg's Matt Feiler is a good example of a guy who worked hard, waited, and was rewarded. Matt made the Steelers roster last year after two years on the practice squad and received a one year contract extension this year.

Last year the minimum for someone who stayed on the practice squad the entire year was $122,400. LIkely will be more than $130,000 this year. And that is a minimum; players in demand may get more.
It will be hard to Abdullah to make the regular roster this year, but the salary for an UDFA rookie will be about $570,000 for a full year.

What are Abdullah’s prospects? It appears many people thought he may be drafted.
