Brooke Mullin '19, a 5-11 SG/SF from Neshaminy HS (PA) north of Philly, committed to the Bison tonight. Appears to be an athletic player who can go to the basket or shoot the three. Her commitment still leaves them with two, or possibly three, spots left. Desperately need a couple of post players.

No stats available on Mullin this year, but she did make 1st team all-league as a soph and also this year as a junior. As a soph, she averaged about 10.5 ppg, 8 rpg, 3.5 apg, and 1.5 spg against good competition. It appears she improved on those stats this year. Her Neshaminy team advanced to the state quarter-finals in 6A, PA's biggest class, this year.

Mullin was also 2nd team All-Area in soccer as a junior, leading her team in scoring en route to a berth in the PA finals in the largest class.

Neshaminy eliminated Plymouth-Whitemarsh and ended 2018 Bison signee Taylor O'Brien's career in the second round of the PIAA playoffs this month. Mullin had 20 points, 13 rebounds and 2 blocks in the 43-37 win.

Two weeks earlier, PW beat Neshaminy, 47-44, in a district playoff game. Mullin had 22 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks. O'Brien had a game-high 23 points.

A couple of Mullin mentions:

Third Team All-Southeastern PA

First Team All Area

Excerpt from second article:

"Led Neshaminy in per-game scoring (11.1), rebounding (8.5), steals (2.4) and blocked shots (1.1) ... Also had 2.0 assists a game, second-best on squad ... Had a key double-double (20 points, 13 rebounds), plus two blocked shots in a 43-37 PIAA Class 6A second-round victory March 13 over Plymouth Whitemarsh."
