Jack Montague and Yale have reached a settlement of the case. The terms of the settlement have not been released and the various news articles have no information. Montague's attorney is quoted as saying, “The parties have resolved the case to their mutual satisfaction.†All that appears in the public record is a "Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal" which states: Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, the plaintiff and defendants hereby stipulate that this case may be dismissed with prejudice, each side to bear its own costs and fees. |
