The operative rule is the 5 years to finish 4 years of eligibility which is an Ivy one, though. The no-grad student is also an Ivy one too. I think the only Princeton rule to apply is not having a 5 year double major program like Penn does that can get around the need to withdraw for a year. But barring a waiver of Ivy rules, Brase can't withdraw again and come back next year and play OR if it wasn't too late to double-major he still couldn't play next year. From an educational, personal and professional point of view I can see where that wouldn't be desirable. |
