FWIW, Saddiq Bey, a 4 star SG who was teammates with Jelani Williams at Sidwell Friends in D.C., was released from his scholarship at N.C. State on Tuesday night. The Wolfpack recently got a number of transfers and Bey may have felt like the odd man out. Penn was one of many programs offering him a spot.
