Those 3 regulars have accounted for 28 points, 14 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game (Melton has yet to play this season). It was a great job by Princeton to pull it out after almost pulling a massive choke job in regulation. And USC will probably have a impressive resume by season's end. But that will probably be a very different team than the one Princeton played last night.
According to USC Head Coach Andy Einfeld, there were 4 regular's not playing for USC “You had a lot of points, rebounds, assists and defense sitting on the sidelines tonight,†coach Andy Enfield said. “But that’s not an excuse for why we lost. |
