Good morning. I just convinced the lovely Mrs. Bison89 that we could use a weekend in DC to visit our son who is a freshman at GW. So, of course, we are going to the American game tomorrow. (How convenient! )

If anybody is up for lunch on Saturday, my coworker is an investor in an Indian restaurant near Dupont Circle (Pansaari 1603 17th St NW, Washington, DC 20009). We plan to meet some Bucknellians there at noon and head to the game at around 1:15.

PM me if interested in meeting for lunch.

GO BISON!

I did not realize that the Seniors are in position to become the all-time highest scoring class in Bucknell history.

They forgot to include Colin Klebon's 100 points. This class is still likely to get the record regardless.

Looks to be about 800 people in the arena. Might the largest crowd for American all year.

Loyola up on Navy. If that result holds, it would open the door to get Lehigh out of the 4-5 game.

Looks like Army at Loyola in the 8/9 and BU - Lehigh in the 4/5. Who gets the 4 and hosts that game will be decided tonight.

I walked around a little bit today and thought your estimate a bit low. I see the official attendance was 1,298. My guess the actual attendance was probably a shade over 1,000. Certainly at least 250 Bison fans. Probably at least 300.

Not a great college atmosphere today, but still a college atmosphere, particularly for Bender. I'd hate to see what it must be like for a Colgate/AU game on a Wednesday night, though.

It wasn't pretty, but this is a huge win. Clinched the #2 seed and home court for the 1st two rounds of the tournament. Also, ruined AU's undefeated PL season and shows we can compete for the championship. Both AU and Navy are ranked in the Mid-Major top 20. Beating them both in one week ought to get us into the rankings. Be nice to get one more win at Army on Wed heading into the tournament.

I agree with probably about 1,000. Overall, the Bison looked very good. Moore had a MONSTER dunk that was waived off due to traveling. If he could just stop the traveling and ticky-tack fouls, he has the potential to develop into an all league player.

Bring on the 3 games that really matter!
