As of a week or so ago I can't access anything on ILDN. All I get is a little half circle that keeps going around and around on a black screen. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful. |

Are you using the app? INot sure the website streams live anymore, but the app does. |

I'm not sure this is related to your issue, but maybe it will be of help. If you get to the black screen and no video comes up, try scrolling through the games listed on the horizontal bar above the video to find the game you want. (You can speed up your scrolling by isolating the specific sport in the drop down menu near the upper left corner.) Once you find it, click on that game and it should show up on the screen. If you are doing two or four game view, you click on that blank space on the screen and then click on the specific games that can be found on that horizontal display. |

Thank you, but nothing worked tonight. I couldn't even log in even though I tried repeatedly. Saw the game on ESPN 3. |

They changed the look and feel of their online video player about a week ago. I don't know the technical details but maybe you need to update e.g. Adobe Flash or some other plugin? Otherwise I'd reach out to their support team, ILN has still been working for me. |

Pretty sure you have to update Adobe Flash, and I found I had problems until I reinstalled my computer's video drivers. |
