I'm not sure this is related to your issue, but maybe it will be of help. If you get to the black screen and no video comes up, try scrolling through the games listed on the horizontal bar above the video to find the game you want. (You can speed up your scrolling by isolating the specific sport in the drop down menu near the upper left corner.) Once you find it, click on that game and it should show up on the screen. If you are doing two or four game view, you click on that blank space on the screen and then click on the specific games that can be found on that horizontal display. |
