Know the family from little league baseball. Small world. Great family. I think older brother ended up playing tennis. Same community as Alex Rosenberg. |

Maybe they could have the IL Tourney at the Short Hills Mall? |

A lot of Ivy league fans around here. Good restaurants. Within league's footprint. I think my wife has has a season tix/parking pass there. At least it seems that way. |

Maybe South Mountain Arena? And then we’ll go eat at Don’s. |

Seats 2,500 (probably more for basketball). Which, in the scheme of IL basketball arenas, isn't all that bad. |

Deal! You get the game moved to South Mountain and I'll host the BBQ. |

He has a build that we don't see a lot of in recruits. Height, muscle, hops, nice looking shot... What am I missing and why wasn't he recruited more heavily? If he can defend, he looks like a player. I particularly liked balance in the videos - something I look for when I watch the recruiting videos. This could de-risk the class of 2018 considerably. As mrjames pointed out, the number of recruits is an important factor in class quality. |

You mean you live near Short Hills and bitched about coming to the Palestra, a mere 1.5 hours (or less) away??? |

There would be nothing more Ivy League than having the tourney at the Short Hills Mall. Remember, the valet is located at Neiman's. |

I anticipated that response. Yes, the Palestra is closer to me than I am to Lavietes. I'm willing to travel - I have season tix at Lavietes and have attended Harvard games at all Ivy locations (sans Cornell), plus UVA (ugh), FAU (ugh), Manhattan, Fordham and Jacksonville (NCAA's). It's the HCA and difficulty for the students that troubles me. I'm not about my convenience. |

Jadwin is a much better environment to watch a game in and closer too. |

Great idea---play under a tent with gloved servers bringing drinks to your seat |

I don't think the Short Hills Mall is erudite enough for the Ivy League Tournament. A more Ivy League location would be the Atrium of the Met. It's probably big enough to set up a basketball court and easily accessible to wealthy Upper East Side Alumni. |
