Aren't all our games supposed to be on ESPN+? Not seeing it listed as an upcoming video. |

Cannady was a game-time decision and is not playing. Game is tied at 22-22 at the 4:00 minute timeout |

Refs blowing a lot of whistles not allowing either team to get into any sort of flow. 28-26 at the half...Princeton down and not shooting well. |

Dribble out the shot clock, then force up a contested shot. Ecch. Not rebounding especially well either. Defense is energetic. |

Down 28-26 at the half. Tigers shot 7-25 (28%) in the first half, and just 1-12 on threes. Stephens with 10, Schwieger with 9. |

Looks like Schweger had a good half from the box score. |

Giving up 13 ORs on 27 missed shots is really bad. Five blocks is nice, though. |

We don't know how to run an offensive set. |

No Cannady No Lleweyllen -- no quickness or speed -- no easy points. Gladson and Much non-factors. Much is working his way completely out of the mix. Stephens is trying to take too much on but out of sheer necessity but he is a bit out of control. Fortunately, they have some easier games coming up. Lehigh was a bad match up for them, just like last year. |

Oof. It felt like watching a Joe Scott team out there. Complete and utter offensive futility. Without Cannady, this team is likely to struggle against any D-1 competition. He's that important. We didn't even get a chance to look at Llewellyn thanks to his injury...who knows when he'll be ready. All in all, this was a thoroughly embarrassing and disappointing start to the year. The final score doesn't remotely reflect the blowout nature of the game. Things could get very ugly this season, even when Cannady returns. Between the injuries and this horrific opener, it's hard to get excited about this team right now. |

What are the injuries to Cannady and Llewellyn? |

And what happened to Morales? Seems like Princeton played a significant portion of this game with no PG at all. |

All three point guards were out tonight. Cannady has an injured hamstring, Llewellyn an injured foot, and Morales an injured shoulder. Cannady went through pre-game warmups tonight, so he shouldn't be too far from returning. |

That's 3 straight losses to a team Princeton used to beat like a drum. And all of a sudden the Fairly Ridiculous game becomes a challenge. |

Oof. It felt like watching a Joe Scott team out there. I must confess, the same thought crossed my mind. And watching freshman Nic Lynch dominate the interior was very depressing. No Ivy offers to him? As much as we miss Cannady, we miss a point guard more, so one can only hope that Llewellyn returns and is the real deal. Otherwise this will be a long miserable season. |

The Tigers went 4-32 from three. That's about 21 extra points right there that a "normal" shooting performance would have produced. If it's a result of bad shots being taken that's bad but if it's a result of bad shooters it's worse. Only a statistically rare poor shooting night would offer much comfort. |

Lehigh played a zone defense and just let the Tigers fire away with 3 pt shots. The Tigers were basically playing without any guards as Schweiger is certainly not a PG although he tried. Cannady and Llewellyn would have certainly changed how the game was played. Besides Cannady, they need Llewellyn's quickness and penetration. Arirguzoh showed some life as C and Myles simply had an off night. The real test will be how do the Tigers play when Myles, Devin, Jaelin, and Arirguzoh are on the floor with someone else , DesRosiers best guess. Freiberg, Schweigger, Morales and possibly Gladson may be the main guys off the bench. |

Have to say, I've always liked Morales. He has way more quickness than the typical MH big PG and seems to bother opposing PGs on defense. As for the shooting, the good news is that those open treys sound like quality shots. Got to hope that the abysmal hit rate was just a fluctuation. |
