According to info on the Penn board, a Philly Inquirer reporter tweeted that Dingle has a groin injury and was not practicing with the team. No word on when he will return, but he was not listed as "out" in the Game Notes for Saturday. The Cornell Game Notes from the Syracuse game mention that Noah Gear was injured for the first two games only. The Harvard Game Notes list Towns in the reserve section, but that does not mean he will be available for tonight's game at Holy Cross. I'm guessing there will be a tweet from some national reporter later this afternoon with more accurate information. Brown George Mawanda-Kalema Columbia Gabe Stefanini - lisfranc ligament injury left foot (surgery early October, expected 3-5 month return) Eddie Turner (out indefinitely, according to Game Notes) Cornell none Dartmouth Brendan Barry - hip injury (will miss entire season) Cam Krystkowiak (miss a few weeks, according to announcer on 11/11) Harvard Kale Catchings Reed Farley - left leg injury Spencer Freedman Seth Towns - knee injury (return date uncertain, according to 11/6 Crimson article) Penn Jonah Charles - fractured fifth metatarsal with surgery (will be out for months, according to coach - 11/13 CoBL report) Jordan Dingle - groin injury Kuba Mijakowski Michael Wang - severe lower body tendinitis (no timetable to return, according to coach - 11/13 CoBL report) Jelani Williams - ACL (out for season) Princeton Eijah Barnes Will Gladson Colby Kyle Ryan Schwieger Yale none |

Daniel Friday did not dress for the last two games. Hey Old Bear, I was at the Stony Brook game (an old friend of mine is a partner in a firm that was working with the regional sports network that broadcast the game). I looked at it as a scouting opportunity. Disappointed that Friday didn't dress. Any idea what's going on there? Stony Brook's size along the front line really gave Brown problems. Choh had to work hard for his points, and they completely took Hunsaker out of the game before he got hurt. No one else was really effective offensively. Anderson tried, but he really seemed to be forcing stuff that wasn't there, more often than not. They shredded your defense in the second half, too. On the Penn side, The Daily Pennsylvanian reports that Michael Wang and Jonah Charles are expected back from injury "at some point in January". |

I missed the news that Towns desires a transfer. Does that mean he is no longer eligible at Harvard? |

Stayed in school last year & is in or about to start his 8th semester. So he will have his degree this year; play one grad year & may apply for a sixth year of eligibility if it makes sense for him. |

He's in his fourth academic year (and has attended school each year), so no longer eligible per Ivy rules after this season. Question will be if he can petition for a sixth year from the NCAA (assuming he wants that). |

I've seen nothing to confirm an injury, but Cornell's Jordan Jones has missed the last seven games and I'm pretty certain he was in street clothes last weekend. |
