Bison are picked for 8th place- their lowest ever in the history of the PL. Not even close to 7th. Not surprisingly, no Bison on the preseason All-PL team. Sadly this is very likely to be the BEST Bison team over the next four years. Recent recruiting has been below PL standards and there is no evidence of any recruiting urgency at all. 2022-23 Patriot League Men’s Basketball Preseason Poll 1. Although the Bison are picked for 8th, I think there is potential to challenge for as high as 5th. It is not a strong year for the league in general. Having said that, I would rather see a 9th place finish than 5th.

Wow…much to look forward to. Glad we got our season tickets before the rush that will certainly ensue once word gets out of this predicted finish. |

8th place? Unfortunately, tanking doesn't help.

8th place? Unfortunately, tanking doesn't help. ND thinks it does. He’s expecting the bad finish to earn a top draft pick. That would explain the lack of activity on the recruiting trail this year.

Maybe we should renew Davis? If the solution is taking athletics to D3 then the Bison have their head basketball coach and AD. It’s truly amazing to me how quickly and without intervention the men’s basketball collapsed. |
