I think they will win 8 OOC games this year due to the cushy schedule. Lebanon Valley and 7 others. When Nate Davis got here they would play really tough OOC schedules, it seems he has changed strategy a little. I wonder why.

I voted four. I actually think it will be five, but I didn’t count the exhibition win against D3 Lebanon Valley.

Who? I’m curious which teams you actually think this lineup defeats? I voted 3.

I went with five wins. Pther than LV there is no specific team I think they will beat - but there are a number of them where there is a reasonable probability. Here is what Pomeroy thinks the chances are of a Bucknell win in each game:

Lebanon Valley 100%
Niagara 49%
St. Peter's 25%
Georgia 7%
Presbyterian 43%
Albany 51% OR Austin Peay 38%
Marist 64%
St. Francis 68%
NJIT 51%
La Salle 21%
Merrimack 63%
Richmond 7%
Rutgers 3%

OVERALL = 5.5 wins

I think a few of the probabilities are slightly optimistic (Merrimack, Marist, maybe St. Fr.), and that 25% chance of a win at St. Peter's (who lost all their starters from last year) is a bit pessimistic.

six, start the season 3-0 with wins over LVC, Niagara, and St. Pete’s. split the two tourney games, and win half of the games with Marist, SFP, NJIT, and Merrimack.

3-4 seems about right since other teams actually have poor shooting nights also. I picked 4 including the D3 game.
New season, new team, new dream . . .

Actually the first decision is at hand! Which game to watch. Men vs D3 LV, or some vs St Joes. Think I’ll go with the gals.
