66-52 at the half. The 'Canes had a 10-2 run midway through the half and Cornell has been chasing points since. Miami is 9 of 15 from behind the arc and 13 of 14 at the line. I refused to try to figure how to subscribe to Bally Sports (and then cancel) so if anyone is watching speak up. |

The guys fell back 21 early on in the second half and then fought back almost all the way: Watson had a three blocked that would have won it. 107-105 Miami. So close to a huge win, but it's hard to make enough plays on an ACC team to make up that kind of deficit. |

They could have moved the game to South Beach and played outside because it turned into a pick-up game. Cornell finally ran into someone who was more than willing to go up and down with them. Got a good look at the end and could have won it. Wong for Miami was great but Cornell matched them and make a great comeback. Dolan had 19 on 8 of 11 shooting and 6 assists. Williams, Manon, and Watson all had solid games. |
