A 6-5, 165 pound combo guard with 6-11 wing span from Atascocita HS in Houston. First team All-District, Region 3-6A All Region Team as Junior. Some comments include: One of top prospects in Houston; naturally gifted playmaker who can score at all three levels with the versatility to guard 1-3 positions; shows the uncanny ability to hit 3’s as well as the quickness to blow by defenders and finish at the rim; needs to get stronger and dedicate himself to the weight room |

That kid is going to need to get to somewhere between 180 and 190 in order to maintain the strength to play D1 ball, even in the Ivies. I played my first year of JV at Penn at about 170 (also at 6'5"), and I was nowhere near strong enough at that point. By junior year, I was up to 180 and was a rotation player. |
