What a great season! If we forget about NILs, Transfer portals, Unions, etc, the Ivies are giving us great games in front of loud crowds played by talented kids we can all root for. Tonight features Harvard at Brown to get in to ILT, and tomorrow Cornell and Princeton play for a piece of the title. Last week showed upsets are possible. Anyone predicting another this week? |

I dunno if I would predict any happening, but Columbia/Princeton and Harvard/Yale are ones to watch. Columbia pretty much needs to win out to make the ILT, so they'll need this one tonight. The same would be true for Harvard on Saturday if they lose to Brown tonight. Never count out a team that's desperate. |

on to brown. and penn. i overestimated harvard given i knew mack would be good/elite based on my contacts in dmv. injuries had something to do with it of course. i would have compassion but after makai and bruner and covid and when considering the rivalry...i dont it also reflects welllon brown. they have a high ceiling and are starting to reach for it. this bodes trouble for yale and whomever is the #1 seed in a few weeks. i have concerns bc they owe yale and i have two first cousins who played there and would love nothing more than emerge from hibernation to stick it to me. penn is so overdue no one thinks it can happen. i see young talent there and a coach who needs it. nothing is a given in this era. individual talent is too dispersed. |

I agree—these last games could be wars. Penn can shoot from three and will be playing freely as the hunters at home. |
