I agree 100% that it is an embarassment to the league (as well as to Lehigh) and unfair to everyone who lost to them last year. There definitely should be punishment beyond the forfeiting of the games, such as the loss of a scholarship.
As to why he is playing this year, after 3 semesters at lehigh, he supposedly now has enough valid credits to be eligible to play. Of course it is Lehigh who is doing the counting, so whether he is really eligible might be questioned. Maybe they can hire Jerry Tarkanian as their new compliance director to investigate.
