And Loyola Academy in Waukegan is a high school where Loyola University in Chicago is where Calhoun was AD prior to Penn. Calhoun hired the current Basketball Coach, Porter Moser.

But yes, Leroy Illinois is very different than the City of Chicago so I suspect, if its a factor, Penn wouldn't be better in that regard (being in a city environment)
