If you are considering redshirting in the Ivy League. That isn’t allowed. He’d have to play that 4th year at a non-league school. I’m assuming he just completed his semester instead of withdrawing from Penn for the year, similar to what Alex Rosenberg, Siyani Chambers and others have done.
