An appetizer before tonight's main course: At 6:15 on WatchESPN, it's Montverde Academy (FL) vs Archbishop Wood
Montverde, who is the #1 HS team in the nation, blew out Wood. Funk led his team with 16 points and 4 rebounds.
To give you an idea of Montverde's strength, their five starters are committed to Duke, Florida, Gonzaga, Maryland and Georgia Tech. Their roster includes nine players from foreign countries, including ones from Russia and China. Of the 18 players on the roster, only one is from Florida, where Montverde is located.
