    In response to rbg

He was walking around but with a pronounced limp. The fact that he was on his feet suggested it was closer to day to day than out for a while. Really hope he’s ok. Reality is though that this team can win without him, as they showed tonight.

Sometimes you’re just glad you got the win. This one had so many moments in it - exhilarating and excruciating - that it’s hard to characterize one way or another. What is great is they found a way to win. This one was Choh’s win. He scored many key buckets down the stretch, and his huge rebound off of Anderson’s FT miss was both huge and pretty amazing.

Brown probably got screwed by Anderson’s big shot at the end of regulation being called a 2 instead of a 3. The officials seemed to sense that, but just couldn’t get a replay angle. I was chucking listening to Cordischi and then Tyler argue that it was clearly a 3. It probably was and Brown was lucky to get the win back.

This was a game of big gutty plays by players on both sides. After the bad turnover at the end of regulation, Anderson makes the huge layup and then the huge 2/3. Big time. Okolie’s 3 to win it. Big time. Hunsaker’s 3 at the start of OT. Smith, Adlesh, Stefanini made dynamite huge shots down the stretch for Columbia. Stefanini in particular made some really impressive and tough shots.

Once again that press / trap got Brown in trouble. Anderson and Hunsaker had atrocious TOs in the face of backcourt length and pressure in OT. Just too tentative when passing. They have to get that squared, because now it’s in everybody’s playbook against them.

Mixed game overall, but to see a huge play win it is great for this team - especially doing it without Cambridge who was really strong on everything except the threes. After he went out guys stopped watching what was going to happen and made things happen. Great to win this and salvage the weekend.
LET'S go BRU-no (duh. nuh. nuh-nuh-nuh)
