Here's a trivia question just posted by an ESPN basketball analyst:

"Since the AP poll expanded to 25 teams before the 1989-90 season, there's been just one preseason No. 1 that failed to win a single game in the ensuing NCAA tournament.

Name that preseason No. 1 team."

I imagine a few on this board can come up with the answer.
