Harvard 2011 was the only Ivy team that I know of that had a positive WAB and didn't get in the tourney (ended up 48th, but that was after the Okie St loss in the NIT, which dropped them a little bit).

Illinois St. in 2017 had a WAB of 1.8 (36th nationally) and missed out and Monmouth was 49th and also missed. Every other team in the Top 50 made it in. So, you get the sense of how much this means for mids.

It is funny, though, to hear the pundits talk about "resume" and how that talk lines up (or, more accurately, doesn't line up well at all) to the comprehensive, accurate representation of resume that WAB provides.
