So our three assistants graduated college in 2012, 2013, and 2014, with a combined three years of in-game assistant coaching experience. That seems...green? Youth is not necessarily a bad thing, of course, especially if it translates into energy and fresh ideas. But I'm curious how it compares with other Ivy League staffs.
