My recollection is that they update the heights and weights in October, once regular practices have begun. They definitely have changed heights and weights on a number of occasions in the past.

As an example, on last year's roster Bruce Moore's weight was up 10 pounds while Paul Newman dropped 10 pounds. A bigger example was Zach Thomas, who gained 18 pounds during his Bucknell tenure. And Mike Muscala grew an inch during his time as a Bison.
