I think there is a logical way to thread the needle so that everyone is more or less right. Molloy may be the AI centerpiece of next yearâ€™s class, and that may be every bit as important as his basketball upside. My point is just that heâ€™s not likely to come in and start right away at Yale when he wasnâ€™t one of the top 5 guys on his high school team. That doesnâ€™t mean he wonâ€™t be strong player down the line, and it doesnâ€™t mean that the Yale staff is wrong in their analysis. I imagine they know exactly what they are getting.
