Don’t forget about Columbia, the school which crushed the transfer portal this year.

In theory Penn could compete in recruiting , but hasn’t and won’t. The recruiting world is very small and the number of girls each year considering Ivy’s is REALLY small. So it doesn’t take much to tip the scales one way or the other. Penn has done nothing to improve its status over the past 4-5 years. They haven’t beaten Princeton since 2019 and HYP coaches can explain to recruits why that is.
