Very interesting. Don't know about the causes of action, but they make a very strong argument that it is unfair to allow other NIL athletes to play for 5 years and not them. I don't see it as an anti-trust issue, though. It's more of an Equal Protection claim with discrimination against Ivy Leaguers. From what they claim, however, they should have filed earlier, since their harm is not knowing their status during the window to sign portal transfers, and that ends soon.
