Not a chance. Universities are looking at cutting football, not adding the expense. Towson has come close to the brink. Hofstra built up a pretty good program good enough to send several players to the NFL, sunk millions into facilities, etc - and ultimately decided they couldn't make the $$$ work.
But as a matter of clarification, Loyola did have a football team. It was discontinued somewhere in the 1920s or 30s.
