Yeah, probably worth looking into. KenPom uses the terms Semi-Home and Semi-Away. First, I'd want to see if Penn's HCA was lower in Big 5 games just to make sure there wasn't the usual HCA effect despite the increased number of visitors cheering on their team.

It makes sense that it would be closer to a neutral-site environment, though.
