McLaughlin seems like a really good egg.

Saw a brief part of press conference and he has a beautiful young family... Like Mike Martin.

I'm hoping he can impact the program as well as Cormier has and that he will stay for at least 5 years.

I think with the new Ivy tourney, though, there will be more turnover in the coaching ranks.

Even the most poorly positioned Ivy programs will ax coaches who don't make the top 4 after 3-5 years.

I imagine McLaughlin will feel some serious heat if he doesn't make the tourney in any of the next 3 years with Boudreaux and co.

I really hope he is successful for his sake and for all of us who care about the program.
