Some, but the Cormier firing suggests that is changing. It's only one data point, but that seems like more of a big conference type of firing. The conference tournament could work against coaches who don't get there. For a long time, we've had a league that tends to be dominated by a couple of teams, and it has been easy to have the attitude that certain teams can't compete for the title. Going forward, there will likely be less of that.
