The league as a whole has been successful in recruiting against non-Ivies. When it comes to kids for whom those types of facilities are built, Ivies would likely only get involved with the handful that aren't really swayed by such things.

That's why we've been doing so well recently with high-major kids with whom we get far down the path. There's a lot of selection happening prior to senior fall, where we get visits from kids who are explicitly not looking for an isolated "athlete" experience.
