Along with the brackets (and no Ivies, to no one's surprise) are 3 new experimental rules for the NIT

1) Fouls are reset to zero after 10 minutes in each half

2) It now takes 5 fouls to go over the limit in each 10 minute period and the 1 and 1 is eliminated.

3) All re-sets of the 30 second clock in the forecourt (such as after a foul or after a missed shot with an 0-Rebound) are to 20, rather than 30 seconds.
