Per Verbal Commits, Quinn Blair (6' 6" SF from Detroit) has chosen William & Mary.
Also, Verbal Commits noted that Ike Nweke (6' 6" PF from Bethesda) committed to Columbia yesterday. Penn did not give him an offer.
