RealTime RPI has them at 189, 6th behind American, Boston, Army, Navy, and Lehigh. They're better than Lehigh, but it will be a battle among the other five.
The sample size is too small at this point to tell much. Our wins have been closer than they should be. The only bad loss is to St Bonaventure. The next five games are on the road and will tell a lot. They should beat Iona & Pitt. Fordham will be close. Then they start league play at American and Boston. Those will be tough games.
I am much less optimistic than you about beating Pitt or Fordham. I think they will be significant underdogs in both games, and will have to play a lot better than they have played to date if they want to win. Sagarin rankings as of today:
