Very encouraging game despite the last second loss. So great to see the Tigers cutting hard, scoring several back door buckets that would put a smile on Pete's face. Defense also looking more intense and focused, although there were still some breakdowns.
This tournament is a great warm up for Ivy play with three games in four days forcing Mitch to play the bench. Aririguzoh took a big step forward last night with some nice cuts, a beautiful back door execution and a nifty up and under move. I think his continued development, particularly on the defensive end, could be the key to the season.
