The women thrashed Lafayette today 83-53. LC had been 2-1 in PL play. Bison hit a record 14 threes on only 25 attempts, and they also outrebounded LC 43-26. Had 17 offensive rebounds, a tremendous 53% of available offensive boards.
Slagus continued her run of improved play wih 18 points in 24 minutes. And three first year players hit double figures: Abby Kapp with 15, Ellie Mack 13, and Ally Johnson 13. Mack also had 8 boards in 19 minutes. Cat Romaine didn't score much, but she played strong defense against LC's star Natalie Kucowski.
