If the Lions win out, they would be 8-6. At that point, the worst they could do is be tied for 3rd/4th with Yale or Cornell.

If tied with Cornell, they would be the 3rd seed based on a split with the Big Red and a victory over Harvard.

If tied with Yale, they would have split the season series with the Bulldogs. Yale would have a win over Penn and Columbia would have a win over Harvard. So, the 3rd seed would depend on which team ended up the #1 seed.

7-7 would be more complicated.
