The first and third quarters really did the Tigers in today. Maryland shot poorly in the first quarter, but their 7 offensive rebounds saved them. In the third quarter, they shot 9-15 (Princeton went 4-13) to break open a close game. Going 4-20 from three definitely did not help matters.
Maryland, like Rutgers earlier this season, proved to be too fast and strong.
No matter today's result, the team had a great season, an excellent Ivy Tournament and represented the conference well.
